Ingredients and nutrition

Science Selective 4+ has high levels of fibre (22%), to aid gut motility and is also low in sugar and protein to help prevent obesity in less active, older rabbits. With no added sugars and high fibre, it also helps to support healthy teeth.

Ingredients

Alfalfa meal pellets, soybean hulls, wheat, timothy grass hay, wheat middlings, flaked peas, flaxseeds, soybean oil, calcium carbonate, yeast extract, dried thyme, yucca schidigera extract, L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin C), vitamin E supplement, choline chloride, zinc oxide, ferrous sulfate, niacin, manganous oxide, vitamin A supplement, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), d- calcium pantothenate, riboflavin supplement, copper sulfate, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), menadione sodium bisulfite complex (source of vitamin K activity), folic acid, calcium iodate, biotin, sodium selenite, vitamin D3 supplement, vitamin B12 supplement. May contain genetically modified soya and traces of nuts.

Feeding Guide

The average adult rabbit (2.5kg) will require 60-70g (2-2.5oz)/day of Selective Rabbit 4+. Fresh vegetables should also be provided along with good quality hay and clean drinking water. Please store in a cool dry place.

The Four+ food was suggested by my vet. I didn’t even know you could get special food for older buns. Want to do all I can to keep my gorgeous boys healthy so happy to buy this.

I’m so pleased I bought this for my older boy. He definitely seems to have more spring in his step since he moved over to the 4+ food. Hopefully it will keep him in top form for years to come.
